This includes: accommodation in luxury space, high quality prepared meals, 5 plant medicine ceremonies, and 1:1 space holding for your unique private ceremonial experience, massage, sound healing session, yoga, breath work, post-retreat integration sessions and group calls, and professional therapeutic teachings plus more.

Jennifer Summerfeldt

Jennifer Summerfeldt, MACP, holds a post-graduate certificate in psychedelic assisted therapy and is a women’s transformation coach, author, and mentor devoted to guiding others through the art of remembrance — coming home to the wholeness that has never been lost.

Rooted in over two decades of experience in women’s health, childbirth, psychotherapy, and somatic-based trauma recovery, Jennifer bridges the worlds of science and spirit, therapy and initiation, earth and soul.

Her journey began through the sacred doorway of birth — both literal and symbolic. As a former doula, midwifery apprentice, and childbirth educator, Jennifer spent years walking beside mothers through the threshold of life, death, and rebirth. Later, as a psychotherapist, she witnessed how unresolved trauma and disconnection from the body echo across generations. These experiences became the fertile ground from which her signature frameworks — The Flowing Fears Process and The Therapy Map — were born.

Now based in Sayulita, Mexico, she facilitates retreats and programs designed to help women regulate their nervous systems, dissolve survival-based patterns, and live in alignment with their soul’s truth.

Her work draws from depth psychology, somatic wisdom, polyvagal theory, and mystical traditions — yet it is her presence, intuition, and reverence for the mystery that define her medicine. Jennifer holds a sacred devotion to helping others awaken their creative power, embody their truth, and remember that healing is not a fixing — it is a return.

Stephy LaPrairie

Steph, also known as Stephy, comes from a Ukrainian immigrant family rooted in Alberta, Canada. Healing, midwifery, and earth medicine flow through both sides of her lineage—threads of shamanic wisdom carried through generations of women who tended to life, death, and renewal. Her connection to her ancestral roots—through dance, color, food, folklore, and sacred plant medicines—has always been her lifeblood, guiding her toward the path of holding healing space for others.

Her early years were spent working in flower shops and studying horticulture, deepening her communion with Mother Earth. After graduating from Olds College in Retail Horticulture, she entered the world of death and grief work, serving in the funeral industry for three years. It was there she witnessed the profound beauty and pain of human transitions, learning from diverse cultural customs and the struggle of those disconnected from spirituality.

Over time, the demands of modern life began to take their toll. As a mother, entrepreneur, and creative visionary, Steph faced burnout, autoimmune illness, and addiction—all of which became invitations to return home to her body, her spirit, and the medicines that once sustained her lineage.
In 2016, she answered the call to start anew in Mexico, walking a path of remembrance and devotion. Through her own healing journey, she rediscovered her connection to Source and her role as a medicine woman devoted to service. Today, Steph holds space as a grandmother within the Camino Rojo (“Red Way”) tradition, sharing in the sacred moon dance and temazcal ceremonies. Her medicine integrates ancient and modern lineages—ranging from bodywork and plant medicine to Akashic and starseed wisdom, intuitive arts, and the divine feminine mysteries.

Her work is guided by humility, integrity, and love for the Earth. She believes true wellness emerges when body, mind, and soul are re-woven into harmony—a remembrance that wholeness is not only possible, but deeply deserved.
